• Refinitiv Established Transformational programme. Drove global operational efficiencies, improvements across global organisation (c£800m savings). Pivoted to a product focus business. Rationalization of product portfolio. Product strategy and market sizing and streamlined product development and coaching of head of product portfolio and product managers.
• (Chief Digital Officer) (McKinsey) Implemented digital, Agile and customer roadmaps/change programmes for each of the business functions including Risk/Corporate that streamlined the business to release cost (c£900m) and create value (c£3bn) over the next 5 years. Pivoted to a product focus and customer centric business.
• (Global Transformation Director) Led the Vodafone Sales Transformation B2C, B2B capabilities/ programmes to achieve the group Vision and changed the business footprint (TOM), this includes new tooling (Customer Journey across infrastructure and global environments Salesforce, ERP, CPQ, SAPP, Online, CVM, SPM&C, LEAN, Sales Academy, technology stack, data migration, data centres, Global capability hubs and applications). Set up and streamlined product business – c100,000 employees globally delivering c£1bn in savings
• Pivoted the Microfocus business to be product focus. Rationalization of portfolio and pivot to SaaS based business from a legacy on-prem business.
