About The Enova Partnership

eNova is a boutique digital transformation consultancy based in London. Our company was created in 2010 ago by our two founders Andy Morrey and Sophie Albizua, an eCommerce and private equity duo joined by a common passion, and vision, around the future potential of digital for retail, financial services and consumer businesses.

Our offer is simple: the provision of senior digital advice, by a carefully chosen multi-faceted team combining leaders in their industry, strategic and financial thinkers, and field practitioners. Our style is a function of our size and backgrounds: practical, financial, and with a distinct boutique feel. With 8 of us as of 2015, we choose to concentrate on high-value added assignments with clients who value a direct and straight-talking relationship, as well as a financial approach driven by private equity experience.

eNova is trusted by many retail and consumer brands including Poundland, Harvey Nichols, Joules, and Jack Wills amongst others.

We follow many of our clients throughout the value chain of the advice we offer: most of the time, starting with a strategic piece of work, continuing into an implementation piece of work as digital transformation architects, and finally, into an ongoing support relationship. The length of our relationships with our clients, often counted in years, is the best proof of our credentials.

“Over the years I have worked with many so-called “digital experts”. eNova are the ones who consistently deliver on their promises. I would recommend their knowledge and no-nonsense approach to anyone. I know they have added great value to many retailers (large and not so large) aspiring to conquer the multichannel retail world.” Richard Boland, CEO of the Retail Trust
