TFB has three key transformation service lines:

Skill – identifying new digital skill sets required, skill assessments and development plans

Culture – new ways of working, new ways of learning, strategy & driving the change

Talent – attracting & retaining digital talent, creating future pipeline of digital talent, digital leadership

• Design and launch of ADBL (Academy of Digital Business Leaders) in London
• Digital Practice creation for Balance & Partners Consultancy, Italy
• Conference creation and key note speaker for ‘Digital HR’ in Milan, Italy

2016:

• Creating Digital Portfolio of learning for QA
