I help SME agencies increase profits by working with management teams to set strategy and focus on the core activities that will make a difference. As well as face to face and SKYPE coaching, I also offer a range of online coaching/training courses.

I retrained from 2004-6 to become a business coach. This is enabling me to use my 30 years of business experience together with the experience of starting, building and selling my own marketing business, to help other businesses. Today I mostly focus my work on the service sector working with PR, Marketing, Design, Web, Content & Digital agencies. I provide SMEs with coaching, leadership & management training, mentoring and facilitation.

On completion of my training (coaching and NLP) I joined Shirlaws – the UK’s largest business coaching firm. After a year of gaining great experience there, I decided to go it alone again and started Da Costa Coaching, a coaching practice that focuses on 1-on-1 and group coaching with senior execs in SME to large corporates.

Prior to coaching, I ran my own successful PR and marketing company for 11 years and sold the business in 2003.

In my work with clients, I use a mix of coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation.
