Since 2001, Real World Group has been enabling organisations to maximise their potential through enhancing engaging leadership, team working and culture.
Through our investment in research, we are market-leaders in understanding what practical things individuals and teams can do to achieve transformational change – and a win-win between people and the vision.
We support direct clients globally from a wide range of sectors through consulting activities designed to create culture change from the Board to the frontline. This activity utilises as a foundation our uniquely proven models and diagnostic tools – which are both web-based and in the form of a new range of Apps.
We also support and up-skill other consulting firms (referred to as “Partners”) to utilise our diagnostics with their own clients in a variety of countries, including Canada, Australia, Singapore and China.
Our Partners further benefit in their marketing and client development from the wide range of publications we have authored as world-renowned psychologists, in both academic and practitioner journals and magazines. We closely guard our values of “doing well by doing good”.
