About Change Plus Solutions
Founded by Peter Hill in 2004, his role is to support client staff in achieving their goals, providing a space in which they feel safe to explore and reflect on their experiences and plan for the challenges they face.
The purpose is to bring greater clarity and focus and to move those coached to take action, action they feel fully motivated towards taking and fully accountable for achieving, and to help them embed learning through that action.
Providing a range of services, for example:
- Development coaching as a part of an organisation’s leadership development programmes.
- Mentoring support to leaders and senior managers in new roles and start up companies.
- Team coaching, for example: focusing on the leadership, collaboration and communication styles and approaches of a client organisation’s IT leadership team.
- Workshop facilitation, for example: the development and execution of a series of workshops with the objective of aligning team dynamics and development to a client organisation’s expanded remit.
- Organisation design, for example: facilitated a client organisation’s IT leadership team through the process of redesigning its operating model.
- Change programme review and realignment, for example: rationalised and restructured a large scale back office transformation programme for BT, realigning it to the organisation’s finance strategy, bringing it back on track and budget and mentoring the internal team of programme and project managers to ensure the ongoing success of the programme.
