I am an experienced Programme Manager, currently managing part of a Marketing Transformation for Coca Cola Global. Earlier roles include a Data & Analytics TOM, and Marketing Technology Decisioning platform for VMO2, SDWAN new product development at Virgin Media, Customer Experience Project Manager with Sofrecom in Indonesia, Key Account Manager with Nokia Siemens South Africa, Operations Excellence Director Ericsson Dubai and CEM Programme Manager with Millicom at group level covering 6 African Opcos.
My career has included management of transformation programmes to execute high level strategic direction (often with a focus on customer experience / employee engagement), key account management, building / leading project teams, data / analytics, contract / vendor management, managing client & stakeholder relations. I possess an excellent track record of leading successful programmes and projects; driving real change and creating joined-up customer experience. I have worked across businesses in many varied roles, can communicate at board level and have first class presentation skills.
I have worked worldwide in 30 countries including China, France, Indonesia, Iraq, Mongolia, South Africa, the UAE, USA and the UK and have led and worked with multinational teams of clients and colleagues. I am known as an effective, persistent, analytical and resourceful manager with the ability to drive complex projects, conversant in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies with completion within both to time and budget.
