About Jo-Anne Donovan

I love that light-bulb ‘aha’ moment when an idea comes to life – the change in mindset, and opening up of new possibilities. My passion is helping people, teams and organisations figure out where they are, where they want to be, then crystallising that vision into tangible results.

My career began over 25 years’ ago working in Technology Services at a time when Outsourcing and Shared Services was a ‘trailblazing’ concept. Those ‘early-adopter’ traits enabled me to take-on mammoth programmes of change, including, as Bill Galbally ex-IBM colleague states: “the largest non-Government IT project in Europe”.

I have led technology and consulting change functions in global, matrixed $bn plus businesses; conducted strategic and red team reviews at Board and Executive level, and delivered innovative business and technology transformation solutions; driving cost reductions, enhancing capabilities and improving operating model efficiencies for FTSE, Fortune100 and Private Equity backed businesses.

I champion diversity and inclusion via Diversity Board participation; coach next-generation leaders via entrepreneurship panellist judging.

More recently, founding Techange Consulting to provide advisory and delivery-focused digital transformation services to global Boards and Executive teams; augmented with a ‘trailblazing’ MBA On-Demand Resourcing Model.

And as Vice President of strategy and change management at Brexit Partners, advise and plan for what is the biggest change effecting the U.K. in over forty years.

I’m a Liverpudlian, and a true red! I used to be a fanatical hockey player, but now enjoy keeping fit in the gym. I’m a retired film extra who enjoyed meeting and working alongside well-known tv stars.
