Launched in 2011, CloudTalent is an independent, practical and outcome driven IT consultancy where the client is in the ascendancy for the first time. We offer a completely unbiased, vendor agnostic approach, enabling our clients to make their over-committed and often disjointed IT Infrastructure fit for purpose.

Using a proven, collaborative and practical approach we help our clients remove the internal and external stakeholder friction points that too often lead to delayed project initiation, lack of requirements engineering and weak business cases. To achieve this, we sit on the customer-side of the desk to quickly identify, justify and deliver transformation projects focusing on reducing cost, removing risk and improving service whilst avoiding technology pitfalls.

Framing the problem

Leading with consultancy, we provide front end analysis and an IT health check to rapidly frame the problem in weeks rather than months and to generate an unbranded future mode of operation, initiatives road map and accurate business case.

Decision making and preparation

Internal and external activities to ensure the execution has a solid and robust foundation including capability and operational readiness assessment, realistic transformation blueprint and a proven RFI / RFP process for vendor selection.

Execution

Execute transformation and migration projects. Supporting the client to ensure projects are properly landed. We take accountability for delivering outcomes.
