St John of God Health Care (SJOG) is one of Australia’s leading health care providers and has been around for over 125 years. SJOG decided to embark on a digital transformation in order to reflect their person-centred approach via their digital experience.
ADMA, CMO and CIO held an Executive Connections event in March for CMOs and CIOs, entitled ‘Crafting your organisation’s customer experience approach’. Following on from the event, we hear from St John of God Health Care and its partner, Precedent, about customer-led digital innovation.
